This used to be a decent APP, now it will not allow you to play. I will not deposit $$$ to not be able to play. It continually buffers and then comes back with unable to play cannot confirm you are playing in Ontario. I’ve tried doing this online with Chrome with the same issue. I have GeoGuard running FYI. When will you get this glitch sorted? Thank you for your response, been there, done that. I get the same generic email from support that our Tech’s are working on it, blah, blah, blah.

I was playing blackjack and I bet on all my sidebets and I got pair of 6’s with proof and screenshot and they dragged it along and wasted my time telling me they won the hand. They’re so dumb or don’t pay attention to sidebets get paid regardless. They scammed me and didn’t resolve it plus fanduel you will barely ever win big. They mess with your games when your up it restarts and you lose all progress you make and u have to start all over. This site is the worst for winning and for customer service. Very shady site. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this one. There are so many out there. Better ones. Fanduel is by far the worst.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I loved this Casino at one time and loaded TONS of money and actually redeemed at times until one night I finally hit the major on fire link which was $1,000 ball. Once I put the redemption in they closed my account and I still never got the money from my winnings. I did run out of my own money on my card so my mom loaded my account for me which is not uncommon whatsoever and apparently they considered this reason to close my account and not pay me. Then about a month ago they said they would send my winnings after months of back and forth email complaints and I only get a generic response that someone copied and pasted but one time it seemed as though someone was helping and said my winnings would be deposited into my card minus any chargebacks which is fine with me that’s what I asked of them to do from the start. Yes once they closed my account and refused to pay me I told my mother to absolutely file a chargeback for the $50 I spent because they had no right to just close me out after all the money I spent there smh awful and I see I’m not the only one who has bad things to say about them.
